What products does Samvay Fluid Tekniks manufacture?
We manufacture and supply instrumentation valves and fittings, including needle valves, instrumentation ball valves, manifold valves (2/3/5-valve, monoflange), instrumentation tube fittings, high-pressure pipe fittings, condensate pots and air manifolds, in stainless steel, duplex and super duplex, carbon steel, alloy steel and exotic alloys such as Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy and Titanium.
Which materials and grades do you offer?
We work with Stainless Steel (304/L, 316/L), Duplex & Super Duplex (UNS S31803, S32205, S32750, S32760), Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Nickel Alloys, Hastelloy, Inconel, Incoloy, Monel and Titanium. Material is always supplied with the relevant test certificates.
Are your products certified and compliant with international standards?
Yes. Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and our products are manufactured to relevant ASTM, ASME and NACE MR0175 requirements. Material and test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided with every order.
Do you export outside India?
Yes. We are an India-based manufacturer and exporter and supply customers worldwide, including the Middle East, Europe, South-East Asia, Africa and the Americas. We handle export documentation and packaging suitable for international shipping.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead time depends on the product, material grade and order quantity. Standard items are available from stock, while custom or exotic-alloy items are made to order. Please share your specification and we will confirm the exact lead time with your quotation.
Can you manufacture custom or made-to-order items?
Yes. We regularly produce custom configurations to customer drawings and specifications – including special end connections, pressure ratings, materials and testing requirements. Send us your datasheet or drawing for a technical review.
How can I request a quotation (RFQ)?

Do you provide test certificates and third-party inspection?
Yes. We supply material test certificates with every order and can arrange third-party inspection (e.g. Lloyd’s, BV, DNV, SGS, TUV) on request when specified at the time of order.
